After a meaningful career in nursing and real estate I've spent over 10 years studying health, business, entrepreneurship, holistic and ayurvedic medicine, mindfulness, shadow work, shamanic practices, gestalt therapy, breathwork, psychodrama, IFS, creative expression, masculine and feminine embodiment, polarity work and energy healing. I've learned from some of the top experts in the field and been mentored by industry leaders including Lindsay Pera, Suzanne Hanna, John Wineland, Helle Weston and Lukis Mac, Sarah Vallely, George Herrick and Dr. Joe Dispenza.
